Information on the processing of personal data ex art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679
Autel S.r.l. a socio unico, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has set up special reserved channels (see below), which can be used by employees, collaborators and third parties in general, to report violations of national or European Union regulationsoccurring within the company.
It should be noted in advance that the reserved channels set out below, must not be used to forward complaints, claims, requests of a personal nature or to report disputes between colleagues, internal organisational issues and similar situations.
Reports must then be circumstantiated and based on precise and concordant elements and must contain, as far as possible, the information necessary to identify the perpetrators of the unlawful conduct. The reporting agent is therefore obliged to report in a clear and complete manner, all the elements necessary to carry out the checks and verifications required to assess the validity and objectivity of the report.
It should also be noted that it is forbidden and punishable to send reports made with malice or gross negligence, or which are clearly unfounded.
The undersigned company guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the reported person in the manner provided for by the applicable legislation. However, the report may also be submitted anonymously.
All reports, including anonymous ones, are carefully examined and handled by specially authorised persons. Where possible, appropriate feedback is provided to the reporter within the legal deadlines.
Personal data are processed in accordance with European Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003, insofar as still applicable. In this regard, please carefully read the information below.

Information to whistleblowers issued pursuant to Art. 13 European Regulation 2016/679
WHEREAS, as a result of the notification you have made in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, our company may find itself collecting and processing your personal data; for the sake of clarity, we hereby specify the following definitions given by European Regulation 2016/679:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable person is any natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity; Treatment: any operation or set of operations carried out with or without the help of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction. we inform you that the collection and processing of personal data will be carried out by the undersigned company in accordance with the following:
finality: the data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of managing the report in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, for fulfilling your requests, for the proper performance of bureaucratic, legal and technical obligations and for further activities required by law;
modalities: the data will be processed using both paper and electronic/computer/telematic instruments/supports, in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and correctness and in such a way as to protect your confidentiality;
optional conferment: The provision of data is optional and not mandatory;
consequences of a refusal: refusal to provide certain data for the above-mentioned purposes may make it impossible for us to handle your report in the best possible way, to provide you with appropriate feedback or to fulfil your requests;
subjects or categories of subjects (recipients) to whom the data may be communicated or disseminated: the data deriving from the notification will be sent to the company Winger S.r.l. with registered office in Reggio Emilia, Via Piccard 16/G, which acts as external Data Processor pursuant to art. 28 of European Regulation 2016/679 and will be communicated to the company appointees specifically authorised by our company. The data may then be disclosed to third parties only to fulfil legal obligations and in accordance with the procedures provided for by Legislative Decree 24/2023. The data will not be disseminated under any circumstances;
persons authorised to process them: data will only be processed by a very small number of specially authorised employees;
automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): no automated decision-making processes are operated in any way;
rights of the data subject: you have all the rights enshrined in the European Regulation 2016/679, such as the right to request access to and rectification of your personal data, their deletion, restriction of processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. He also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
transfers to third countries: data are not transferred to third countries;
data retention period: the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to handle the reports and in any case in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 and the regulations in force;
data controller: The data controller is the undersigned company Autel S.r.l. a socio unico, with registered office in Sassuolo (MO), Via Bagnoli n. 9, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore.
