The ECOSERIAL P is an economiser with a built-in pressure switch, capable of driving up to 30 'Remote Pilot Box' modules. By means of an LCD display on the ECOSERIAL P, it is possible to monitor in real time the detected pressure, end of flushing pressure threshold, start of flushing pressure threshold, maximum pressure alarm threshold, DeltaP value with unit of measurement, number of last EV in operation, countdown with seconds to next firing, next EV number, current operating mode, alarm messages or System OK.
The 'Remote Pilot Box' modules are driven from the central unit one after the other, until the last one in the chain, then starting again from the first.
There is also an operating hour counter and cycle counter. The ECOSERIAL is also able to recognise the presence or absence of pilots connected at the output. In the event of the absence of a pilot, the economiser skips him by selecting the next pilot.
The control unit, suitably connected to the dust meter GDM1 or SDM1 is also able to detect the breakage of sleeves by identifying the row where the breakage occurred.
Optionally, the ECOSERIAL P can be equipped with a 4-20 mA current output that is proportional to the pressure read by the sensor and can be programmed via software using two special parameters.
