ECOSERIAL 1, Two-Wire System

One control unit and two wires to control up to 312 valves

The ECOSERIAL-1 is an economiser with a built-in pressure switch, capable of driving up to a maximum of 26 two-way Remote Pilot Box modules (RPBid) or Remote Pilot Box 612 modules (RPB612).
States, functions and alarms can be displayed by means of LEDs on the instrument's front panel.
The instrument is fully programmable and communicates, via a patented two-wire system, with the RPBid and RPB612 units.
The ECOSERIAL-1 is able to recognise the presence of the general load at the outlet and perform load control on the individual cleaning valve.
The instrument, suitably connected to a dust meter, can detect the breakage of the cleaning filter bags and display the valve number corresponding to the row of bags that caused the increase in dustiness.
The ECOSERIAL-1 comes in a polycarbonate case with a transparent lid and an IP56 protection rating.
There are also 2 dry contact relays and 2 opto-isolated inputs.
On request, it can be equipped with a 4-20mA current output or RS 485 serial (Modbus) to dialogue with a PC or PLC.
